Krome expands its team with 11 new hires this month.

Krome continue to expand their team across the organisation, seeing eleven new hires in September, including 9 graduates.

Following their continued success and commitment for growth throughout 2013, Krome have expanded their team further by adding 9 new graduates, 1 senior technical consultant and a warehouse manager to their growing team.

Krome launched their graduate placement scheme this time last year, adding initially 4 new trainees to the team. Following the successful career development and integration of the last round of hires, Krome planned to double their intake this year with an expected hire of 8 graduates.

Working with a number of graduate placement specialists, Krome scoured the graduate market for the brightest and most motivated potential employees ready to launch their career in the IT industry, as explained by Commercial Director Sam Mager: “With the high number of graduates currently looking for placement, we were incredibly focused on finding the best individuals in a competitive market; with so many candidates to choose from it was equally as important for us to find a team that we felt we could train, develop and fully embrace into the Krome ethos and culture.”

With such a demand for graduate roles, and the strength of the candidates put forward the decision was made to offer trainee roles to 9 individuals.

One successful candidate commented: “The graduate scheme that Krome has put on this year is outstanding, I already feel like a valued member of the team, and the training we are receiving is exceptional. The team here have been extremely welcoming and encouraging, and I am definitely looking forward to growing within the company.” With another candidate stating: “Krome’s graduate scheme has allowed me to test my business communication abilities. In addition to the graduate placements Krome have also added a new senior technical consultant to their team, with particular strengths around implementing and supporting enterprise messaging platforms including Microsoft Exchange & Lotus Notes.

Furthermore an additional warehouse manager was introduced to manage the ever growing stock control requirements at their head office in Addlestone.

Future growth is also planned in their northern office, with recruitment currently underway for a new sales division to be permanently based out of their Manchester branch.
