Rupert Mills is one of our co-founders, Rupert has over 25 years of IT experience and success in identifying, evaluating and documenting complex computing requirements for systems integration, with a focus on strengthening business achievement through strategic technology planning. Rupert has vast technical experience across multiple platforms and disciplines.
Sam Mager, one of Krome’s co-founders, has been instrumental in Krome’s strong yet organic growth since our inception in 2009. With a passion for ensuring our “client experience” is second to none, Sam spearheads our sales function, ensuring the team is motivated and that our standards are kept at the industry-leading level our clients have come to expect from us.
Alex is a long-serving member of the Krome management team, with over 20 years’ experience as a Finance Director Alex is responsible for keeping the Krome finances in check. Alex has built close relationships with our bank and suppliers to provide funding for our growth and also enjoys developing our accounting and reporting functions to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Dee’s creative and forward-thinking approach to marketing, along with her 21 years of IT channel marketing experience ensures that the Krome brand continues to be recognised of one of quality amongst our clients and industry peers.
Dee also heads up our culture team and is dedicated to encouraging a positive working environment, with a united team that understands and shares our company values and ethics.
Simon has been in the IT industry for 20+ years and has experience in distribution, partner and vendor roles. He joined Krome in 2019, following a 12-year tenure at Dell Technologies where he managed multiple partners including Krome.
Simon has a proven track record in solution selling along with managing and growing successful sales teams. Simon will ensure that Krome’s values are maintained and will always ensure the client experience is front of mind.
Responsible for the management of the business from a day to day perspective; Danielle’s role is to ensure the business operates as efficiently and effectively as possible, whilst ensuring the highest level of service continues to be provided to our clients.
Danielle has worked at Krome since its inception in 2009 and moved into the role of Operations in 2019, previously heading up the managed accounts division at Krome.
Ben is our Technical Director and is responsible for managing and maintaining our internal systems at Krome and oversees our entire Technical operations; with 25 years of experience working in a technical capacity, designing and implementing solutions across multiple platforms and disciplines. Ben has been with Krome since our inception in 2009 and is one of our most experienced and respected Technical Consultants.
Head of HR
Marion is our Head of HR, having worked with Krome since our inception Marion is responsible for all staffing related matters, including the implementation and management of our internal HR policies and procedures.
Marion has worked with Krome since our inception in 2009, having previously been responsible for both HR relations and accounting matters, Marion took on the full-time role of Head of HR in 2019.
Head of Managed Accounts
Overseeing an ever-growing Managed Accounts division at Krome Technologies; Charlotte’s role is to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our contracted large enterprise accounts.
Charlotte joined the Krome team in 2019 having worked in Account and Relationship Management for over 5 years, previously working with both large global customers and SME’s.
