Krome’s co-founder Rupert Mills is our Technical Director, Rupert has over 25 years of IT experience and success in identifying, evaluating and documenting complex computing requirements for systems integration, with a focus on strengthening business achievement through strategic technology planning. Rupert has vast technical experience across multiple platforms and disciplines.
Sam Mager, one of Krome’s founders, has been instrumental in Krome’s strong yet organic growth since our inception in 2009. With a passion for ensuring our “client experience” is second to none, Sam spearheads our sales function, ensuring the team is motivated and that our standards are kept at the industry leading level our clients have come to expect from us.
Alex is a long-serving member of the Krome management team, with over 20 years’ experience as a Finance Director Alex is responsible for keeping the Krome finances in check. Alex has built close relationships with our bank and suppliers to provide funding for our growth and also enjoys developing our accounting and reporting functions to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Dee’s creative and forward thinking approach to marketing, along with her 17 years of IT channel marketing experience ensures that the Krome brand continues to be recognised of one of quality amongst our clients and industry peers.

Head of Managed Accounts
Overseeing an ever growing managed accounts division at Krome Technologies; Danielle’s role is to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our contracted large enterprise accounts.
Danielle has worked at Krome for 7 years and has managed the IT procurement and implementation needs of some of the UK’s leading brands.
Service Delivery Manager
Kristian bridges the gap between the sales and technical function, ensuring that client expectations and project deliverables are met and managed efficiently. Kristian is responsible for coordinating project teams, scheduling resource and ensuring that all systems and processes are in place for effective service delivery. Kristian’s attention to detail enables us to deliver the outstanding level of service that our clients have come to expect.
Help Desk Manager
Responsible for managing our help desk team, Lee’s role is to ensure the timely delivery of quality technical support services to our contracted support clients.
Lee has worked at Krome for 8 years and has an excellent breadth of experience in delivering high levels of technical support whilst demonstrating a strong knowledge of help desk practices, service level agreements and customer service tactics.
Head of Accounts & HR Manager
Marion is our Head of Accounts and HR Manager; Marion works closely alongside our CFO Alex running the daily operations of the Krome accounts department.
Having worked with Krome since our inception Marion is also responsible for all staffing related matters, including the implementation and management of our internal HR policies and procedures.
