Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At Krome Technologies, we believe that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is not just a policy but a core value that enriches our workplace culture and drives our success. We understand that diverse perspectives lead to innovation, creativity, and better decision-making.

Our commitment to equality means that every decision we make, whether it’s hiring, promoting, disciplining, or letting go of employees, is based solely on merit, competence, performance, and the needs of our business.

We firmly stand against discrimination of any kind. We do not tolerate bias based on gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender identity, race, color, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability, or age.

This commitment extends beyond our employees to include former staff, visitors, clients, customers, and suppliers. We expect all members of our team to uphold the principles of non-discrimination and equality of opportunity in all interactions.

It’s our collective responsibility to uphold our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policy. This means treating our colleagues with dignity and respect at all times, regardless of their position within the company.

Furthermore, we recognise the importance of accommodating the diverse needs of our workforce. Whether it’s religious practices, cultural traditions, or domestic responsibilities, we’re committed to taking appropriate steps to support our employees.

Ultimately, our goal is to create a workplace where diversity is embraced, where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.

If you would like to contact us about our DE&I policy or iniatives, please contact our HR department on hr@krome.co.uk for further information.

If you are interested in working at Krome Technologies please see our careers page.

The world is a much better place when all people are treated fairly, despite differences of gender, race, age etc. I’m proud to work in the IT industry, which is inherently a male dominated industry but is equally inclusive and supportive to its best, which provides opportunities to grow all its employees equally. Our differences are what makes us all unique and beautiful, and real harmony comes through respecting, and accepting those differences, in ourselves and in others.
