Tech Zero Initiative

In line with the global efforts to combat climate, change we’ve made a commitment to ensure sustainability is at the core of our operations.

In early 2022, we took a significant step towards sustainability by joining the “Tech Zero” taskforce, a collaborative initiative focused on achieving zero emissions in the technology sector. As part of this commitment, we embarked on a comprehensive evaluation and measurement process for our Greenhouse Gas emissions.

To ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards, we use the widely recognised GHG Protocol. This internationally accepted framework provides a robust methodology for quantifying and reporting Greenhouse Gas emissions, enabling us to establish a baseline and track our progress in reducing our environmental impact.

We plan to halve our emissions before 2035, achieving net-zero emissions ahead of the UK’s 2050 target.

By undertaking this evaluation, we have gained valuable insights into our carbon footprint across various aspects of our operations, including energy consumption, transportation, waste management, and more. This comprehensive assessment allowed us to identify key areas where we can implement targeted strategies to reduce emissions and enhance sustainability practices.
