To ensure the well-being of our employees, we offer a range of initiatives and resources designed to support them in every aspect of their lives.

Employee Assistance Programme

All of our team have access to comprehensive support through our Employee Assistance Programme. This valuable resource provides our team members with confidential access to a wide range of professional services, including counseling, advice, and support for personal and work-related issues. Whether they’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, financial pressures or any other challenges, our employees can rely on the Employee Assistance Programme to offer them the support they need to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Well-Being Schemes

We believe that small gestures can make a big difference in promoting well-being. That’s why we provide breakfast for everyone in the office every day, ensuring that our team starts their day on the right foot. A selection of toasts, cereals, fruits are served in the office between 8am-9am everyday, with a selection of fresh pastries served every Wednesday.

We encourage physical exercise and fitness and offer a discounted gym membership scheme and a cycle to work scheme, with showers provided onsite.

Mental Health Training

Our HR team and other team members acorss the business have been Mental Health First Aid trained by Mental Heath England, ensuring that support is readily available within the organisation. Whether it’s a friendly ear to listen or guidance on accessing resources, our team members can rely on each other for support during challenging times.

We also organise regular mental health awareness events, and share support guides on various topics such as stress management, medical awareness and mental health awareness, including tips and guides and reassurances that help is available via our team, or via the EAP scheme.

These initiatives are just a few examples of how we prioritise employee well-being. We are committed to continually improving and expanding our well-being offerings to ensure that our team members feel valued, and supported both personally and professionally.
