Krome Report 41% Growth, Year to Date

Krome Technologies announce 41% growth in the first three quarters of its financial year 2012, already exceeding total annual revenue achieved last year..

As Krome’s Quarter 3 closes in its third year of trading, the Addlestone based technology consultancy has already surpassed its full year turnover from last year, reporting an impressive 41% growth to date.

With Krome’s increasing success they are well on target to achieve their aim of 25% year on year growth, reaching a revenue figure of £8.5m in only 9 months, against £7.9m for the whole prior year. The company has continued to develop its role as an IT consultancy partner, working with its clients to help them achieve their own individual business goals. This is a winning formula for both parties and as a result Krome are looking to end their third year on a high, setting the company in good stead entering their fourth year of trading.

A contributing factor for this growth in 2012 has been their strong focus on staff advancements, working on improving the company from the inside out; new employees have been added to the well-structured organisation and investment has been made in performance coaching and skill upgrading for both their sales and technical staff, offering employees advanced training and maintaining up-to-date vendor accreditations.

In addition Krome have also been building on their existing vendor relationships and most notably they were awarded Dell Premier Partner status in Q2 of this year, one of only a few companies to achieve this highest level of recognition.

Krome’s business model combines industry-leading technology accreditations combined with educated and diligent business managers, supported by experienced technical consultants. Their success has come from providing their clients with unrivalled technical expertise along with extremely high levels of service.

With its growing reputation and strong client referrals the organisation has successfully retained its existing client base whilst continuing to attract new customers, another contributing factor to the company’s consistent growth trend.

‘In these difficult financial times it is important that businesses continue to invest for the future. Our clients recognise this and in working closely with them we deliver quality solutions that give them a competitive advantage. This specialist approach is the key to our own successful growth and that of our clients”, says Alex Rogers, CFO.

Looking forward, Krome are well positioned to continue to grow into 2013 and beyond, setting their sights and targets higher as they continue to build on the excellence of their service.

“Having put a lot of focus into our performance for 2012, we’re delighted to see it coming to fruition. Our aim is to continue with this momentum and close the year out strongly. Our core focus remains on delivering a quality service to our clients, which in turn has enabled us to grow organically each year; we are confident that this will be continued in 2013 and the years beyond,” concludes Rupert Mills, MD.
