Following its divestment from a partner bank, this well-known UK Retail Bank faced the challenge of retaining and accessing critical records to meet regulatory and customer service requirements.

Krome migrated their 23 historic data sources, covering up to 20 years history, including mainframe data, end user developed applications, images, documents, audio files and physical media (digitised paper and microfilm) to its StorARCH solution, the Bank’s authorised users now have the ability to search, retrieve, view, redact and download the data of any format via an intuitive and secure browser.
