Remote Support Portal

Please follow these steps to launch our support software:

  • Click on the relevant ‘Launch Support Software’ button
  • Click run (in Internet Explorer – or save / keep in FireFox or Google Chrome)
  • If using FireFox or Chrome go to your downloads folder and run the ‘KromeSupport.exe’ executable file
