Remote Support Portal
Please follow these steps to launch our support software:
- Click on the relevant ‘Launch Support Software’ button
- Click run (in Internet Explorer – or save / keep in FireFox or Google Chrome)
- If using FireFox or Chrome go to your downloads folder and run the ‘KromeSupport.exe’ executable file
Login to Online Support Ticket System
To raise a ticket with our support team or to follow up on an existing support ticket, please log-in to the online ticket system using the following link.
