Krome Obtains Microsoft Gold Partner Status

Technology integrator Krome Technologies secures Microsoft Gold Partner status, demonstrating a best-in-class capability for Microsoft Hosting.

Microsoft Gold Certification

Microsoft Gold Partners are Microsoft’s most highly accredited independent solution providers. As described by Microsoft, Gold competencies are earned by completing a rigorous set of tests to prove technology expertise. They signify to the market and to end user organisations that the company has successfully demonstrated the highest level of skill and achievement within a given technology specialisation.

To achieve the Microsoft Gold Partner status resellers must pass pre-sales and technical assessments, exams, and obtain multiple certifications in Microsoft solution areas, including Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Lync (now Skype for Business), SQL, IaaS & Cloud, Hosting Architecture and Business Intelligence.

In addition to the accreditations, Microsoft Gold Partners are also required to provide five Microsoft verified customer references for confirmation of service delivery and expertise. Krome currently provide Microsoft Hosted services for clients across both the public and private sector, with solutions ranging from small managed exchange environments through to large scale private cloud and full IaaS solutions.

By officially accomplishing the Microsoft Gold Partner status Krome will now receive an enhanced level of service and support from Microsoft directly. Working in partnership with Microsoft at this level allows Krome to offer its clients a superior level of service, in addition to exceptional pricing and support.
