The opportunity has arisen for a new internal sales support to join our vibrant team; you will be responsible for supporting a small team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of at least 1-2 years in an IT channel support role, with an understanding of the IT fulfillment processes. As a business consultancy led organisation we consider our sales team to be “business managers”, not sales people; having the ability to converse at a business level, working in partnership with clients by making strategic technology recommendations is a must for this role. A role has emerged for an enthusiastic candidate to add to a team of growing technical staff. The candidate will enter the team as a 2nd line technician dealing with hands-on problem fixing and troubleshooting from a variety of hardware and software matters, the role will include offfice based telephone support and on client site technical consultancy/installation work. A position has arisen for a technical team assistant. The role will sit directly beneath the Krome support team, it will expose the candidate to all elements of IT from a grass-roots level and provide an ideal platform on which to develop a career with the IT industry.
