Online Secure Client Disposal Portal

Krome Technologies have developed a simple and secure online portal that allows clients full visability of the disposal process. Whether your items have been quarantined, sorted for resale (recycled) or disposed of, you can track each item individually, and generate disposal reports and certificates online.

Once your equipment has been collected, it is returned to our secure warehouse facility for processing. All items are scanned and recorded, this information is then automatically updated on your own secure client area of the disposal portal. Once the equipment has been assessed, in accordance with WEEE directive regulations, it is divided for ‘Re-use’ or ‘Disposal’ and each stage is recorded for you to view on the disposal portal. Giving you full visability of your retired assets disposal process and history.

Money Back.

Any equipment that is re-used and sold on will be credited back to your account, giving you further ROI on your retired assets.

Data Destruction Certificates & Reporting.

All data destruction certificates and disposal reports can be generated at the touch of a button via the portal, ensuring that you have access to the information immediately.

Once your first collection has been made you will be issued with a login and password to access the disposal portal with.

Once you log in to the disposal portal you will be taken to the batches screen, here you will see a breakdown of recent collections. If you want an overview of everything collected you can select "all batches".

This screen shows you an overview of all of your collected items, and categorises them for easy viewing. By clicking on 'show full details' you will be taken to a list of those specific assets with detailed information including asset numbers.
